Easter 2008

We had a wonderful Easter!! When Jacob woke up in the morning we told him the Easter bunny had came to his house. He wasn't too sure about that bunny. He kept looking everywhere for him, very unsure if he should keep walking!! We then went outside for an egg hunt. Unfortunately, it had rained all day on Saturday and made it a little mess. He didn't like his eggs being wet at first but he got over it. He had a great time finding eggs. The first egg he put in his basket was a big green egg, after that he wouldn't put anything else in there!! Daddy had to hold them all!

We had a nice lunch with Marci, Jeff and Monte where we all ate way too much! Later, after they had their lunch Grandma and Grandpa Conner, Megan, Jim, Shelley, Dan and Cassie all came over for some snacks and dessert! They hid some more eggs and presents for Jacob!! He loved finding all of his stuff and just kept wanting more. Again, he just wanted that Green Egg...problem was we didn't hide it!! I had to sneak into the house to get it and hide it!!

His favorite new toy was am automatic bubble maker that daddy got him while out of town. Really, this is a treat for mom, now I don't have to blow them!!

By the end of the day he was just worn out. He just plopped down in the chair and relaxed!!
