Last minute Valentines gift!

Nothing like waiting to the last minute to make this gift.  I've been thinking about it since Christmas and here it is a day before and I'm just getting to it!
I LOVE how it turned out and I think he is going to LOVE it too. 
I kept it simple because I'm giving it to him to take to work for a snack while he is there. 
I just altered a few Starbucks bottles and added some candy! Yummy!!
